If you're like me, you absolutely HATE making your own ice cream. First of all, you have to chase down a cow (the bigger the better), then you have to milk it, and then there's the churning. Don't get me started on the churning.

That's why I use this super easy recipe for creamy soft-serve style ice cream! Just freeze some sliced bananas until solid then give them a whirl in a food processor along with French Vanilla Coffee-mate.

Prep Time: 10min

Total Time: 10min

Yield: 4 servings, 1/2 cup each

2 large, ripe bananas, cut into pieces, frozen
3 tablespoons Classic Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
4 ice cream cones or cups
1/2 cup fresh blueberries and/or chopped strawberries

Instructions: Place bananas, Coffee-mate and milk in food processor or heavy-duty blender; cover. Pulse until smooth.

Fill bottoms of cones evenly with berries. Stir a few berries into ice cream too, if desired. Spoon into cones; serve immediately.
